Currently I use a Logitech QuickCam Communicate STX webcam. I decided to upgrade to a Logitech Webcam Pro 9000. Before installing the new software, I deleted the old webcam software. Once completed the video was excellent, however the sound was terrible. The sound was filled with clicking and static. I telephoned Logitech support, and after an hour with their tech, I was advised to send the webcam back to Amazon.com for an exchange (I purchased the webcam from Amazon.com). Can anyone
