Come on, stop sitting there thinking, "I can't start a business because I don't have the money." This is a mindset that needs to be flushed down the toilet because this is the reason why many individuals don't start their businesses. They don't think they have the cash, but this has a lot to do with how they spend it.
But the truth is that you do have the cash. You just don't realize it.

If you must employ people, look into doing it on a contractual basis instead of hiring people or you are going to be paying well above $400 to start your business. When employing on a contractual basis, you can employ people as you need them.
